Zoom Contact Center，顾名思义，它是一个沟通的集中枢纽，企业可在此管理各种渠道的所有客户互动，包括电话、电子邮件、实时聊天、社交媒体甚至短信。ZCC通常使用 AI、报告分析图表、以及和 CRM 集成等先进技术来简化工作流、改善客户服务并推动业务成果。
岗位职责：
1.负责Contact Center业务中报告与数据分析模块的用户体验设计，围绕真实业务问题设计清晰、可落地的数据分析流程；
2.设计和优化高信息密度界面，包括表格、趋势分析、对比、筛选、时间维度等常见分析交互；
3.在灵活分析与必要约束之间做出合理取舍，避免分析路径失控或数据被误读；
4.与产品经理、数据和算法团队协作，确保指标定义、展示方式和用户理解保持一致；
5.持续基于用户反馈和使用场景迭代设计，提升分析效率和决策支持能力
以用户为中心，关心用户数据，关注竞品动态、行业趋势及AI产品的发展，深刻理解用户痛点，并在设计中大胆探索、积极展示和讨论。
任职要求；
1.相关学科的学士学位（设计、HCI、认知/应用心理学等）或更高学位；
2.具备5年以上产品设计经验，其中有数据分析类或 B2B 产品相关经验；
3.能处理复杂信息结构，对表格、图表、过滤器、多维分析有实际设计经验
具备问题导向的设计思维，擅长分析和解决问题，能够独立研究并理解复杂问题并提供简洁优雅的设计方案；
4.能与数据或技术同事有效沟通，理解数据分析的一些基本技术名次及概念
具有稳定的业务判断力，能够在多线任务过程中做优先级排序，和产品经理沟通做出取舍，杜绝功能堆砌；
5.熟悉设计流程，能合理安排设计各阶段时间，以保证产品开发周期的设计产出；
6.熟悉并有用户研究和可用性测试的经验；
7.对打造卓越的体验充满热情，具有创造力并能自驱完成工作；逻辑清晰，有较强的设计展示能力；
8.能够使用英语和海外同事进行日常项目沟通并传达自己的设计想法。
