业务介绍：
1、在Zoom 2.0时代，我们正在从一款优秀的现象级视频会议产品，逐步升级成为AI驱动的协同办公平台，产品横跨了视频会议、语音电话、呼叫中心、智能助手、办公文档等。

2、Zoom客户端是客户发起会议，拨打电话，编辑文档，和AI交互的的入口。Team负责Zoom客户端的开发和维护工作。
3、加入国际化团队的协作，能提升英语学习氛围，增强自身软技能。
工作职责：
负责视频会议客户端sdk的开发和维护，具备接口设计和模块化开发能力，能够提供清晰的接口；编写开发文档；按照要求编写测试用例，进行完善测试；完成bug的定位与修复；
方案设计， 根据实际情况与相关上下游同事协作完成方案的设计工作，并参与方案的落地；
问题定位与修复， 能够快速且准确地定位到问题，提供合理的解决方案并进行修复；
产出文档，对于复杂的业务，要求进行一定的文档产出；
支持与服务，关联团队比较多，需要协助其他同事查问题或者解答他们的疑问；
任职资格：
大学本科及以上学历，5年以上C++ 开发经验；
掌握C/C++编程，熟练使用STL/C++11，熟悉常见的设计模式，具备良好的接口设计能力, 具备一定的模板编程能力；
基础扎实，了解操作系统的一些概念，对内存，共享内存，多线程编程，管道， 互斥锁等有一定的理解；
具备清晰的思路，良好理解与沟通能力，能够胜任团队协作；
具备较强的适应能力、执行力，能快速学习新知识，热爱编程，有钻研和探索精神；
良好的产品意识，重视用户体验，积极主动，抗压能力强且具备一定的英语沟通能力；
加分项：
能够将英语作为工作语言，熟悉外企工作环境和业务流程者优先；
有sdk 开发经验者优先；具备客户端大型软件开发经验优先；
能够使用windbg 进行基本的dump 分析， 有性能工具使用经验者为佳；
