岗位职责：
- 负责公司Windows 客户端中间件的设计、开发与维护
- 参与产品架构设计与模块重构
- 与产品、设计、测试团队协作，推动产品稳定迭代
岗位要求：
- 5年及以上 C++开发经验
- 熟练掌握现代C++（C++11/14/17）特性：智能指针、Lambda、标准容器、并发库
- 熟悉C++对象模型、虚函数表、内存管理机制
- 了解模板编程、类型萃取（type traits）、SFINAE者优
- 熟悉Widnows消息循环（Message Loop）、窗口子类化、钩子机制
- 熟悉多线程同步（Critical Section、Event、Mutex等）
- 熟悉Windows进程、线程、内存模型（虚拟地址空间、堆栈）
- 熟悉线程调度、IOCP、内核对象机制
- 熟悉HTTP/HTTPS、WebSocket等协议基本原理
- 熟悉Visual Studio调试、Windbg、Crash Dump分析
- 熟悉性能分析工具（如Windows Performance Analyzer）
- 具备良好的编码规范、文档习惯和团队合作精神
加分项：
- 浏览器内核或嵌入式Web技术经验，如 Chromium Embedded Framework（CEF）、WebView2，Hybrid App开发
- 有跨平台开发经验优先
- 有前端开发经验优先
