- 负责 前端产品的自动化测试设计、开发和维护
- 基于产品需求和技术实现，设计 高质量、可维护的自动化测试用例
- 使用自动化测试框架（如 Playwright / Cypress / Selenium 等）进行前端自动化测试
- 与前端、后端、产品紧密协作， 尽早发现问题并推动问题解决
- 参与测试策略制定，持续优化 前端测试覆盖率和稳定性
- 分析自动化测试结果，定位失败原因（测试问题 vs 产品问题）
- 参与 CI/CD 流程，将自动化测试集成到持续集成中
- 在需要时，参与一定的手工测试和探索性测试
- 3 年及以上 QA 或测试开发相关经验（可按级别调整）
- 扎实的前端自动化测试经验
- 熟练掌握至少一种前端自动化测试工具：
- Playwright / Cypress / Selenium（任一或多种）
- 熟悉 Web 技术栈：
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript（能看懂、能定位问题）
- 至少掌握一门编程语言：
- JavaScript / TypeScript / Python 等
- 熟悉常见的测试类型：
- 功能测试、回归测试、冒烟测试
- 具备良好的问题分析和定位能力
- 良好的沟通能力和责任心，能在跨团队环境中工作
- 有 测试框架搭建或重构经验
- 熟悉 TypeScript，并在自动化项目中实际使用过
- 有 CI/CD 经验（如 GitHub Actions / Jenkins / GitLab CI）
- 熟悉前端测试最佳实践（Page Object、测试分层等）
- 有 API 自动化或一定后端测试经验
- 有性能测试、安全测试或可测性改进经验
- 在效率提升、测试工具建设方面有实际落地成果
