What you can expect
As a ZCX Strategic Accounts Business Development Representative, you'll proactively generate pipeline and drive growth across UK. You'll focus on strategic CX customers—existing Zoom accounts with no CX penetration and/or net-new organizations. You'll combine prospecting and outreach with strategic go-to-market execution. Work across Zoom's partner ecosystem, CX marketing, and sales teams to accelerate pipeline creation and sales velocity. This role requires exceptional communication skills, persistence, and good prospect qualification abilities.
