What you can expect
We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our compensation and benefits programs across APAC. The role will partner closely across the People Experience team to ensure market-competitive, equitable, and scalable total rewards solutions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

We support Zoom’s overall business strategy by supporting the needs of our most important resource, our people. We help teams identify, hire, onboard, develop, reward, and continually improve the employee experience for all Zoomies .
Responsibilities

Leading the benefits program design, implementation and administration across APAC markets

Ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and market practices

Managing administrative processes involved with providing benefits in region

Partnering with local HR teams to optimize benefits offerings and manage vendor relationships & benefits renewal processes

Analyzing benefits utilization data and costs to recommend improvements

Assisting Compensation partners with time sensitive compensation requests
What we’re looking for

8+ years of total rewards experience with benefits focus in multinational organizations

Good understanding of APAC benefits regulations, compensation laws, and market practices
-
Experience managing multiple country benefits programs

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Strong analytical and project management skills

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field

Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), and data analytics
