我们正在寻找具有多年前端开发经验，并迎刃而解各种技术难题的专家加入我们的团队，一同致力于研发一款 AI 创新型、高性能的 Web 实时协作系统。您将负责核心模块的设计、性能优化及技术难题的攻关，同时持续跟踪和学习新技术，并根据业务需求评估和引入新技术从而推动业务发展。
岗位职责
参与产品核心模块的设计和优化，制定并推广前端开发规范和标准，提高开发效率和代码质量；
参与前端稳定性建设，包括性能优化、监控、自动化测试框架等；
参与评估和实现技术方案，持续跟踪和学习新技术，并根据业务需求评估和引入新技术；
协助团队成员解决生产中的技术难题，包括调优性能、解决兼容性问题、修复缺陷等。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有扎实的计算机基础知识；
5 年及以上前端开发经验，具有大型 Web 前端项目经验；
具备 keep it simple 的能力，能够设计和实现简洁、高效、易于维护的前端架构和代码；
具备阅读前端框架源码的能力，理解框架背后的思想，并持续改进现有项目的框架；
具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，具备推动项目、指导和带领工程师的能力；
具备良好的英文读写能力；
有协同文档经验、 AI 经验、优秀产品 sense 者优先。
