Responsibilities:
- Develop API Specifications using Swagger/Open API;
- Design and develop API platform to connect to various disparate backend systems for seamless data exchange;
- Responsible for designing, developing, implementing high performance Webhooks and WebSockets event consumer platform; and
- Troubleshoots and tests all features, systems, and functionality of end systems.
What we're looking for:
- Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent;
- Must have 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation;
- Must have 5 years of experience in Java programming (multithreading, concurrency, generics, streams, lambda expressions, and design patterns, JVM tuning, and, etc.);
- Must have 5 years of experience in Architecture design experience of clusters and regions for large volumes data, understand cluster deployment, backup and immigration;
- Must have 5 years of experience in load balancing techniques and designing systems for scalability is important for handling large volumes of webhook or websocket traffic;
- Must have 5 years of experience in authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, JWT (JSON Web Tokens), and API keys, is important for securing webhook and websocket interactions;
- Must have 5 years of experience in Asynchronous communication knowledge on Kafka and experience of dealing with large volume data likep setup partitions, consume configuration and trouble shooting; and
- Must have 5 years of experience in SQL in MySQL like transaction, MVCC and experience on large volume data storage like table design, cache design, cluster deployment, backup and immigration. knowledge of No-SQL in Redis, DynamoDB, Caffine and experience on large volume data storage, cluster deployment, data backup and immigration.
- Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$185,000.00Maximum:
$228,700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
