What you can expect

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a passion for livestream and video technologies to join the Workvivo team. This role goes beyond managing backlogs; you’ll focus on discovery, problem definition, and shaping the future of live video experiences within our platform. You’ll play a key role in leveraging AI-first thinking to reimagine how organizations connect, communicate, and engage employees through interactive video experiences. As part of Workvivo (a Zoom company), you’ll partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, validate ideas, and bring innovative, scalable video solutions to life.

Responsibilities

  • Leading product discovery to understand customer needs around livestreaming, on-demand video, and interactive experiences.

  • Defining and validate problems to solve, ensuring we prioritize impactful opportunities.

  • Embedding AI-first thinking into video product strategy—exploring AI-powered content creation, smart video delivery, and personalized video experiences.

  • Collaborating with engineering and design to co-create intuitive, high-quality live video features that scale globally.

  • Partnering with Zoom’s broader video and livestream teams to leverage cutting-edge technologies and mesh capabilities.

  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to gather feedback and enable customer success in video adoption.

  • Monitoring industry trends in streaming, live video engagement, and video infrastructure to inform strategy.

  • Defining success metrics and drive iterative experimentation to deliver exceptional live experiences.

What we’re looking for

  • Product Management experience for 4+ years, with experience in livestreaming, video platforms, or real-time communication products considered a strong bonus.

  • Lead discovery and problem framing efforts, and translating insights into strategic product roadmaps.

  • Understand AI applications in video delivery, personalization, or content intelligence as a valuable asset.

  • Communicate effectively and collaborating across cross-functional teams.

  • Apply deep knowledge of modern product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

  • Launch impactful video or livestream products at scale with proven success.
