About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer on the Zoom Rooms & Workspaces team, shaping the future of how people collaborate in physical and digital spaces. This is a great opportunity to own and elevate the visual design craft within our team, ensuring a high level of polish and consistency across Zoom products. This designer will be located in Suzhou, CN.
What they'll do

Lead end-to-end design efforts, with a strong focus on visual craft and attention to detail .

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define, design, and iterate on features for Zoom’s Rooms & Workspaces.

Advocate for user needs through research, rapid prototyping, and testing, to create scalable solutions.

Contribute to and help maintain our design system while pushing the boundaries of visual and interaction design.

Proactively communicate and collaborate across teams, including working with international colleagues.

Participate in and foster a culture of open feedback, knowledge sharing, and support across the team.

Follow design and development processes effectively without needing reminders or oversight.

Someone with a strong portfolio showcasing high visual design craft

Projects with exceptional attention to detail

Strong communication skills, especially in working across global teams

Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and proactively flag issues

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, give and receive feedback gracefully, and celebrate team successes openly

A self-starter who follows through on projects and takes ownership of design processes without the need for frequent oversight

Experience working within design systems and contributing to scalable design patterns is a plus

Experience designing for enterprise or workspace-related tools is a plus
