岗位职责:
1.设计、开发和优化 AI 应用及智能工作流。
2.构建任务规划、工具调用、上下文管理、工作流编排等核心能力。
3.开发支撑 AI 产品的后端服务和基础能力。
4.提升系统稳定性、性能、可观测性和运行效率。
5.持续优化 Prompt、工作流和用户交互体验。
6.分析线上问题，持续提升效果、性能和成本效率。
7.与产品和工程团队协作，推动 AI 能力从方案到落地。
任职要求:
1.本科或以上学历，5 年以上软件研发经验。
2.熟练掌握 Python 或其他主流后端开发语言。
3.有 AI 应用、智能助手、RAG、自动化平台或工作流系统开发经验。
4.熟悉大模型应用开发相关技术和实践。
5.具备分布式系统、云平台或大规模服务开发经验。
6.具备良好的系统设计、问题分析和故障排查能力。
7.对新兴 AI 技术保持持续学习和探索热情。
