岗位职责：
1.设计、开发和维护基于 Golang 的后端服务，确保系统的高可用性和可扩展性。
2.负责后端服务的架构设计和优化，优化服务性能、稳定性和安全性。
3.负责开发和维护与前端和其他系统的接口，并确保接口的稳定性和安全性。
4.负责分析和解决系统中的技术问题，快速响应并解决生产中的问题。
5.负责技术方案的评估和实现，以满足产品需求和业务需求。
6.持续跟踪和学习新技术，根据业务需求评估和引入新技术。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。
2.两 年以上 Golang 开发经验，精通 Golang 语言及常用开发框架和工具。
3.熟悉分布式系统与微服务架构设计，具备大规模系统实施经验，熟练掌握 MySQL、Redis、Kafka 等数据存储和消息中间件技术。
4.具备优秀的编码能力，熟悉 Linux 开发环境及常用调试工具，掌握 Git、JIRA 等项目管理与版本控制工具。
5.具备良好的团队协作能力，善于沟通与知识分享，能主动发现并解决技术问题。
6.具有较强的学习能力和创新能力，持续关注技术前沿，对新技术领域有强烈探索欲。
