What you can expect
As Zoom undergoes a significant cultural and operational transformation across EMEA, we're building a highperformance, accountability-driven culture that requires dedicated expertise in employee relations. The ER Specialist role is critical to managing the increased complexity of ER casework. Ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and supporting our managers through performance management, investigations, and organizational change. This is a specialized, risk-mitigating function that directly enables Zoom's go-forward strategy while maintaining our commitment to fairness, trust, and employee care.
About the Team
You'll join the People Experience (PX) function, working closely with ER Business Partners, PX Business Partners, and Legal teams across EMEA. This role is essential to embedding our performance culture, driving compliance excellence, and ensuring workforce changes are executed with sensitivity and precision. You'll be part of a team that values operational rigor, empathy, and continuous improvement. Particularly as we scale our operations and strengthen employee confidence in Zoom's commitment to fair employment practices.
Responsibilities

Managing high-risk employee relations casework including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple EMEA countries

Partnering with managers and PX Business Partners on performance management cases and underperformance issues

Conducting objective investigations and documenting findings with procedural rigor

Developing and rolling out HR policies that support our performance-driven culture

Monitoring ER metrics and providing risk-mitigation insights through data analysis and reporting

Coaching leaders on constructive feedback and consistent application of performance standards

Supporting organizational change initiatives with sensitivity and compliance focus
What we’re looking for

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of EMEA employment laws and regulations

Apply exceptional communication skills when engaging with managers and employees on sensitive matters

Conduct thorough workplace investigations with objectivity and attention to detail

Interpret and implement HR policies consistently across diverse situations

Evaluate ER data to identify trends and provide actionable insights

Manage multiple complex cases simultaneously while maintaining quality and compliance

Partner effectively with Legal teams on high-risk employment matters

Build trust through empathetic and fair case resolution approaches
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
€59,700.00
Maximum:
