What you can expect
As a Channel Account Manager at Zoom, you will play a key role in accelerating platform growth through our ecosystem of reseller and strategic channel partners. You’ll be responsible for building and executing partner-led sales strategies that expand market reach and drive adoption of Zoom’s full platform: including Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, and emerging AI-powered experiences. This role sits within the Channel Team and reports to the Channel Leader for Benelux, Nordics, and RSA.
In addition to driving core business you’ll help position the future of Zoom—where AI is central to productivity and collaboration. With innovations like Zoom AI Companion, Zoom is redefining how teams connect, automate workflows, and extract value from every interaction. You’ll work with partners to bring these capabilities to life for customers and shape how organizations adopt AI-driven collaboration tools.

What we’re looking for

Have 4-5 years of channel sales experience and direct strategic sales experience with a sustained track record of success

Have experience in in UCaaS, CCaaS and the partner business

Have experience in handling large-scale, complex and strategic channel partnerships

Able to manage complex sales motions, strategic selling, and solution-based approaches

Demonstrate a personality with a can-do approach and a positive mindset to change and learning

Able to manage complex channel and partner engagements, maintaining senior-level relationships, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across functions and territories
