What you can expect

We're looking for a Channel Account Manager to join our Japan team. You will be responsible for building and managing the partner ecosystem in Japan. This role is based in Tokyo, Japan. You will be reporting to the Head of Channels, Japan. You will be managing sales execution and growth of large SI companies or distributors in Japan.

The dynamic Zoom sales team drives company success by delivering cutting-edge communication solutions worldwide. They expand global presence and help businesses harness virtual collaboration through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach.

What we’re looking for

  • Have 8+ years of Sales experience in any Tech company (not Hardware only/Not only as a CAM but any sales roles)

  • Have fluent Business Japanese skills (This role is based in Tokyo) & Highly welcome to have English skills (verbal, writing, reading).

  • Experience of Channel Business within the Japan market.

  • Have flexibility for rapid-changing environment/Nimble learner

  • Conduct great demonstration to attract Channel Partners and End User (customers) with the strengths of SaaS products

  • Have experience as any team-lead or people management for any Sales team (nice to have)

必要なスキル/ご経験

  • 8年以上のTech業界での営業経験(Cloud製品/パートナー営業、直販営業どちらかのご経験)

  • 流暢な日本語でのビジネススキルをお持ちの方(東京での勤務となります)

  • 日本市場におけるチャネルビジネスのご経験

  • 環境の急激な変化に柔軟に対応できる方

  • SaaS製品の強みをチャネルパートナーやエンドユーザーに訴求するための優れたデモンストレーションの実施

  • 営業チームのチームリーダーまたはマネジメント経験をお持ちの方(尚可)
