岗位职责：
1.承担Zoom Phone/Contact Center 服务端分布式集群的设计、开发和优化工作, 确保系统的高性能、高可靠性和高可扩展性;
2.解决开发过程中的技术问题，支持、协助处理客户的问题;
3.负责系统性能优化、故障排查和问题解决，确保系统稳定运行，并持续改进系统的性能和稳定性;
4.与跨职能团队合作，包括产品、运维、测试等，快速响应需求变化，共同推动项目的进展和交付。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、通信相关专业，5年以上开发经验；
2.精通C++语言，熟悉内存管理、多线程编程、STL，具备高性能编码能力；
3.精通Linux系统编程和网络编程，熟悉进程间通信、异步I/O，具备性能调优能力；
4.熟悉Redis数据结构、事务机制、集群原理，了解常用SQL语法和MySQL索引原理；
5.熟练使用 AI 编程及各类 AI 工具，并能够有效融入日常开发流程；
6.主导或深度参与过高并发、高可用的实时通信系统（如VoIP、电话会议、呼叫中心）优先；
6.有SIP/RTP、语音编解码、抗网络抖动技术、WebRTC架构经验者优先；7.有开源电话服务器二次开发经验者优先；
8.良好的英语基础、产品意识及沟通能力。
