职责：
1、设计和实现核心 AI 应用和服务。
2、利用最新技术构建面向全球用户的大规模解决方案。
3、与工程和算法团队紧密合作，交付可扩展的实时实现方案。
任职资格：
1、计算机科学、软件工程或相关领域的本科/硕士学位。
2、5 年以上的软件开发经验或同等经验。
3、3 年以上系统或架构设计经验。
4、具有 WebSocket、WebRTC 等双向或实时通信协议的实践经验。
5、具有机器学习、深度学习和/或自动语音识别（ASR）应用开发经验。
6、熟练掌握 C++ 和 Python。
7、具备优秀的英语口头和书面沟通能力。
加分项
1、具备语音识别/翻译/语音合成 推理引擎的开发与优化经验。
2、具备异步网络开发经验，熟悉 Asio C++ 库和/或 Protocol Buffers (Protobuf)。
3、具备 TensorFlow、PyTorch、ONNX 等深度学习框架的实践经验。
4、具有跨国团队合作经验
