岗位职责：
1.参与研发多智能体协同框架，构建具备任务推理、规划与执行能力的自主代理系统，保障复杂环境下的可靠协调；
2.参与智能助手、智能客服等场景的技术攻关，设计可解释的Agent行为决策机制；
3.协同产品、算法、工程团队完成系统集成，推动AI能力在Zoom生态中的创新落地。
任职要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，计算机/人工智能相关专业，2年以上NLP/LLM/Agent研发经验（优秀应届生可放宽）；
2.精通Transformer架构及主流LLM技术栈（如LangChain、AutoGen），熟悉LLM微调、推理优化及评估方法论；
3.具备多智能体系统开发经验，掌握ReAct、CoT等推理框架，有智能助手/客服类产品落地经验者优先；
4.扎实的机器学习基础，熟悉知识图谱构建、检索策略优化及Agent行为建模技术；
5.具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与团队成员有效配合；
6.具有责任心，能够承担压力，有较强的执行力。
加分项：

在ACL/EMNLP/AAAI等顶会发表过LLM/Agent相关论文；

具有复杂多Agent系统的架构设计经验；

熟悉强化学习在Agent行为训练中的应用。
