What You Can Expect
About the Team
Responsibilities
- Partnering with public sector clients to identify communication challenges and recommend tailored Zoom solutions across video, phone, contact center, and AI capabilities
- Developing and managing sales pipeline through account mapping, forecasting, and strategic opportunity identification
- Collaborating with channel and strategic partners to expand market reach and deliver integrated solutions
- Conducting product demonstrations that showcase platform value and address specific customer pain points
- Building trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders across education, local government, and healthcare sectors
What We're Looking For
- Bring 7+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in public sector technology sales
- Demonstrate solution-focused selling by addressing customer challenges with platform value rather than product features
- Manage complex sales cycles including pipeline development, account planning, and accurate forecasting
- Work effectively with channel partners and strategic alliances to drive joint success
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations with strategic messaging tailored to audience needs
- Communicate fluently in Japanese for business contexts with willingness to develop English proficiency
- Achieve consistent sales results while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention
- Have BA/BS or equivalent practical experience
