职位描述
承担多智能体协同框架与自主代理系统的架构设计与落地:覆盖任务理解、规划、工具调用、执行反馈、记忆与反思等关键链路,确保在复杂生产环境下的稳定性、可控性与可扩展性。 承担 Infra Agent 产品化与规模化:围绕可观测性(告警降噪、根因定位、容量/成本优化)、K8s 运维自动化、SRE 故障自愈与演练、数据平台诊断优化等方向,设计并交付可复用的 Agent 能力组件与平台化能力。 建立可解释/可审计的 Agent 决策与行为机制:包含并不限于策略编排、约束与护栏(policy/guardrails)、权限与安全、回滚与熔断、风险分级与人机协同(human-in-the-loop)。 建设面向生产的评测与迭代体系:定义离线/在线指标(正确率、召回、时延、成本、稳定性、可恢复性等),设计数据闭环与回归机制,持续提升效果与鲁棒性。 跨团队协作:与前后端、平台、SRE、安全等团队共同完成系统集成、发布与运维。 对关键链路质量负责:包括高可用、性能、成本、可观测性、故障定位与应急响应,确保 Agent 能力在真实业务与高压场景下可长期运行。
职位要求
计算机科学、数学、统计学、人工智能或相关专业硕士及以上学历;或具备同等工程与算法能力的资深从业经验。 扎实的算法基础,具备在复杂系统中做架构取舍与落地的能力。 有生产级 Agent/LLM 应用落地经验:熟悉主流 Agent 技术栈与生态(如 LangChain、LangGraph、AutoGen、Google ADK 等)。 具备系统化问题解决能力与推进力:能抽象问题、制定路线图、拆解里程碑、推动多方协同交付;具备良好的沟通表达与文档沉淀能力。 具备良好的工程品味与质量意识:重视可维护性、可测试性、可观测性与安全合规,能对关键模块进行 code review 与质量把关。
加分项
研究/实践方向与 Agent、强化学习、规划、工具调用、RAG、评测体系、对齐与安全等密切相关,并有可证明的成果(论文/专利/开源/线上收益)。 有平台化建设与标准化沉淀经验:将能力抽象为组件/SDK/服务,推动多业务复用,建立规范与最佳实践。 熟悉 Infra 领域核心实践:K8s 体系、SRE/Oncall、可观测性(日志/指标/链路追踪,如 OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana 等)、容量与成本治理、故障定位与复盘。
