岗位职责：
1.参与公司自研监控平台的架构设计与核心模块开发，包括指标（Metrics）、日志（Logs）、追踪（Traces）、事件（Events）、性能剖析（profiling）等子系统。
2.负责监控数据的采集、传输、存储、可视化链路的开发与优化，提升系统的性能、稳定性和可扩展性。
3.设计并实现高可用、高并发的监控服务及组件，如告警引擎、采集代理、数据网关等。
4.与SRE、基础平台、应用团队合作，推动监控系统在公司内部的落地和演进，支持不同业务场景的监控需求。
5.跟踪业界主流监控技术演进方向（如 DataDog, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana 等），不断引入先进理念和最佳实践。
任职要求：
1.扎实的编程能力，熟练掌握 Java 或Go，具备良好的代码结构设计与调优能力。
2.熟悉常见监控系统的架构和实现原理，如 Prometheus、Datadog、Grafana、SkyWalking 等。
3.解分布式系统原理，具备处理大规模数据采集和处理系统开发的经验。
4.熟悉微服务架构和容器化环境（如 Kubernetes），了解其在监控体系中的最佳实践。
5.具备英文邮件、文档读写能力
6.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够独立承担项目任务并推动落地。
7.本科及以上学历，五年工作经验以上，学历经验特别优秀的可以放宽到三年经验
加分项：
1.有实际构建或改造监控系统（如自研监控平台、黑盒/白盒监控、告警系统等）经验；
2. 熟悉 OpenTelemetry 标准，有相关集成或二次开发经验；
3.流利的英文听说读写能力
