岗位职责
负责前端模块的独立开发与优化，推动产品功能的实现，包括 AI、实时协作、富文本编辑、评论、权限、同步等模块；
与产品、设计团队紧密协作，确保功能实现与用户需求对齐，高性能高质量交付；
参与系统性能优化、稳定性、跨端兼容性问题的解决。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有扎实的计算机基础知识；
1-5 年前端开发经验，具有大型 Web 前端项目经验 优先 ；
具备 keep it simple 的能力，能够设计和实现简洁、高效、易于维护的前端代码；
具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力 ；
具备良好的英文读写能力；
有协同文档经验、 AI 经验、良好产品 sense 者优先。
